New Music Festival, Up in the Sky, Bringing RÜFÜS DU SOL to Scenic Aspen Ski Resort

RÜFÜS DU SOL will headline the inaugural Up in the Sky Festival at Buttermilk in early-August.

Aspen is set to elevate the festival experience—literally—with Up in the Sky, a brand-new music festival headlined by RÜFÜS DU SOL.

Blending a stellar lineup with stunning mountain views, it’s already shaping up to be one of the most exciting additions to the summer festival circuit. The inaugural Up in the Sky Music Festival will take place at Buttermilk Ski Resort from August 8-9.

Known for hosting the X Games earlier this year, the venue will transform into a unique festival destination, promising a breathtaking backdrop and intimate experience.

Friday will be headlined by RÜFÜS DU SOL with additional performances from SG Lewis, Suki Waterhouse and Glass Beams. As for Saturday, Kacey Musgraves and Glass Animals are set to headline after performances from Role Model, Nessa Barrett and Jensen McRae.

In addition to the standard general admission and VIP ticket options, Up in the Sky is offering a lavish curated experience as part of its Cabin package, offering a private luxury table for 10 guests, elevated views of the stage from exclusive covered cabins, Wynn Nightlife table service and an exclusive Nobu dining experience served twice nightly during set breaks.

Tickets for Up in the Sky start at $359 for general admission and are on sale today, February 27th, at 10am MST. Roaring Fork Valley residents will have access to specially priced two-day GA tickets.
